Art&Industry
with Akzo Nobel Aerospace
Akzo Nobel Aerospace paints are protagonist not only in the global aerospace but also in the world Artistic stage !
On the first of May 2012 at Lovere in Italy artistic creations, sculptures and paintings were presented during a great event realized by LucchiniRS Spa and the artist Ilaria Rochira.
All the works realized are unique, at the top level considering their originality and the expressed Philosophical Artistic Concept.
LucchiniRS world leader in the production of Axles for High Speed Trains and important customer of Akzo Nobel Aerospace has accepted the project Art&Industry developed by our Sales Manager Enrico Adolfo Hornbostel which is also an artist and Ilaria Rochira well known Italian artist and Art teacher starting a cooperation that as first issue has brought the realization of this event attended by 2,500 people from several countries.
Enrico Adolfo Hornbostel Sales Manager of Akzo Nobel Aerospace since the year 1994 has started the cooperation between LucchiniRS and the aerospace technology of Akzo Nobel during 2008 when he met all the LucchiniRS technical staff for finding a protecting system suitable to the peculiar technical requirements of the axles used for high speed trains. The winning thought that a similarity occurred between the speed of a landing airplane and the speed of a modern train was the base for developing the LucchiniRS paint system used all over the world and registered under the name Lursak. LucchiniRs Spa works globally with their factories in China, Poland, Sweden and Italy and has an international distribution agreement with Akzo Nobel.
Enrico Adolfo Hornbostel and Ilaria Rochira made Art&Industry project supported by a strong belief in the Art which if brought, in a correct mode, in the world of Production and of the Firms can certainly improve, in a unique and innovative way, what companies create. Furthermore it must be considered that the concept of fusion between Art and Industry is not yet known, implemented and explored but it could really help companies against the financial world crisis improving the economy.
All the works created by Hornbostel and Rochira have been realized with Akzo Nobel Aerospace paints like Aeroflex, Aerofine, 58 Series and the sculpture with Lucchini RS steel !! Exhibition is continuing at Museo Tadini for modern Art in Lovere.
